About Me

If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you still feel exhausted, bloated, foggy or just not right, your symptoms are real, and there is a way forward. I’m Amanda, a Registered Nurse, Health Coach and Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). I help you uncover the root causes of your symptoms through functional lab testing, targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, so you can reclaim your life and finally feel good again, or maybe for the first time.

Why I do this work

I know what it’s like to not feel heard. I’ve dealt with mysterious health issues since childhood, and as I got older, my symptoms kept piling up. Yet nothing showed up on my lab tests. Doctors told me everything was fine, or that they didn’t know how to help. Then toxic mold exposure left me so sick I was bedridden. When no one had answers, I became determined to get my life back. I trained as a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, then went deeper to become a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Along the way, I learned how the right testing, nutrition, and lifestyle changes can help the body heal. Now I give my clients what I needed back then: someone who listens, digs deeper, and doesn’t stop until we find answers.

What working with me looks like

You’ll be heard. Our sessions are a safe space to talk about every part of your health and life, not just your symptoms.

We test, not guess. I’ll recommend the functional labs that fit your situation, such as GI-MAP, DUTCH, food sensitivity, or toxin testing, to show what’s really going on inside.

Your plan is made for you. Nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes built around your results and your life.

You’ll understand your body. Education and worksheets help you learn what’s happening and why.

You have a nurse in your corner. An experienced registered nurse guides you every step of the way and teaches you how to keep your results long after we’re done.

Fun Facts

My earliest memory of wanting to work in healthcare is from age 4, sitting in my doctor’s office. Even then, I knew I wanted to help people feel better.

I’m an INFJ, a Myers-Briggs personality type shared by only about 1% of people. No wonder I always felt misunderstood, and maybe why I’m so passionate about making sure my clients feel heard.
