There is not a one size fits all approach to wellness. General health recommendations do not always work for everyone. The right food for one person may be harmful for another person. I use a bio-individual approach and tailor my coaching to each unique individual. Health is comprised of more than just what's on our plate. I focus on you as a whole and address all aspects of your wellness. There are no fad diets or calorie counting with me.
